Our Property Management Director is one of the few Members of The Property Institute (TPI) in Aberdeen, and also holds a BSc Honours degree in Planning & Property Development, as well as an IOSH Certificate in Managing Safely. In addition, he also has years of experience within the property factoring industry throughout Scotland.
Our Operations Director is NEBOSH qualified and applies her knowledge and expertise to property management, as well as keeping a close eye on quality of service delivery. She is an Affiliate of The Property Institute (TPI).
We hold professional indemnity insurance and have robust factoring procedures in place including debt recovery and complaints procedures, ensuring we work strictly to the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 Code of Conduct for Property Factors.
