We welcome the announcement from the Scottish Government that restrictions on the housing market in Scotland are being relaxed as part of an easing of lockdown measures in response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. In line with this updated guidance, we have resumed some of our office-based operations from Monday 29th June 2020.
Although our team are back in the office, our office remains closed to the public for now. Our team are fully contactable by e-mail and telephone during our normal working hours of 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Physical appraisals and viewings can now take place with all recommended social distancing and personal hygiene measures in place. Physical viewings of properties may only take place following an online video viewing of a property, and only one party may view a property at any time. Properties are cleaned between viewings which is limiting the availability of appointments at the moment. Thank you for bearing with us during this time.
Non-urgent and routine repairs can now be attended to subject to contractor availability. We are working through any such repairs which were reported during the lockdown period.
All property inspections, site inspections, and face-to-face meetings with clients, tenants and contractors remain postponed for the time being. We are hopeful to reinstate some of these services by the end of July, and continue to monitor Scottish Government and property industry advice and guidance on this.

We look forward to resuming our operations in full within the next few weeks. Please continue to check our website for further updates.
