In line with the announcement by the First Minister of a new lockdown for mainland Scotland effective Tuesday 5th January 2021, our office is closed until at least Monday 1st February 2021. Our staff are working remotely during this time and remain contactable by e-mail during their normal working hours.
Contractors can still collect and return keys to Reception during this lockdown period by prior arrangement. Please wear a face covering and use hand sanitiser when entering and exiting the building.
We are still permitted to undertake physical appraisals and viewings with all recommended social distancing and personal hygiene measures in place. Only two members of the same household may view a property, and the use of face coverings and hand sanitiser by all attendees is mandatory.
We have postponed site and property inspections again in light of this recent announcement. We will continue to follow current Scottish Government guidelines and property industry advice on when we can expect to resume these operations.
